• Anyone over the age of 23 years old with a valid driving licence under the laws of Singapore and has at least 2 years of driving experience

If you are a foreigner,

• Anyone over the age of 23 years old with a valid driving licence and an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by an authorised body in your home country or by the embassy in Singapore

• We accept Credit cards, Giro or bank transfer and Cheque

• Our charges are based on a monthly basis. Should the vehicle be returned late, a new monthly hire-charge shall be chargeable

• Fees such as GST, petrol and re-fuelling service charge, damages to the car (should there be any), rental of child/infant booster seats, collision damage waiver (CDW), Malaysia entry and additional driver

• The security deposit paid will be forfeited

• All applicable charges and other sums including any balance of the remaining unused period shall become immediately due and payable upon the early termination

• Yes, the vehicle can be driven into West Malaysia. However, you are required to inform your leasing personnel at least 3 working days before the start of your booking. Do note that all requests will be subject to insurer approval and with a surcharge

• You are responsible to settle any fines and/or traffic summonses. An admin fee of SGD 100 shall apply for any late settlement

• Loss of damage to the vehicle and protection against 3rd party liabilities
• Do note that the mention above is subject to the insurance excess which is a compulsory amount liable for the hirer to pay in the unfortunate event that the car is involved in an accident is damaged while in the possession of the hirer

• if an accident does unfortunately happen, please stay calm.
• Note down the IC, mobile number and insurance details of the other party. Take clear photographs of all vehicle damages. Inform your leasing personnel immediately. Within 24 hours of the accident, you would be required to make a Police Report and an Accident Report with us. Do note that this is a company registered vehicle hence it will have to adhere to our company’s insurance policy.
